We aim to ship orders within 4-5 business days. For orders outside of the European Union, we aim to deliver within 7-14 business days. Most orders include a tracking number, but if yours doesn't, and you wish to inquire about the status of your delivery, feel free to contact us at: contact@reflections-copenhagen.com.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return it for a full refund. Please fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment, or email it to contact@reflections-copenhagen.com. Returns must be sent in their original, undamaged packaging and must include the return form (unless it was sent by email) for refund eligibility. After inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
