Shipping policy

At Reflections Copenhagen, we strive towards providing our customers with fast delivery. Within the European Union we aim to ship any products purchased on the website within five to seven working days. Outside of the European Union, the delivery time is longer and varies greatly depending on location. Delivery on time requires that Blue Water Shipping keeps to their scheduled delivery. Should delays occur at Blue Water Shipping, the shipment may not be delivered by the desired date. Reflections Copenhagen is not liable for delays incurred by Blue Water Shipping. In case of serious delays (i.e. several weeks) or undelivered shipments, Reflections Copenhagen will re-send the order free of charge. Please note that you can always check your tracking number for delivery time.
