Payment Methods:
Reflections Copenhagen ApS accepts a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and MobilePay. Payments can be made in several currencies.
For customers within the European Union, all prices include VAT. For those outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or customs fees, which may be incurred during the checkout process.
Customs and Duties:
Please be aware that orders shipped from our website to non-EU countries cannot be classified as gifts to avoid local taxes and duties. You may be subject to these additional charges, for which Reflections Copenhagen cannot be held responsible. Should such charges apply, you will be contacted by the shipping company. This may also delay your order, as customs may hold your shipment. It is your responsibility to settle any additional fees with the shipping company.
Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to deliver promptly and efficiently. For orders within the European Union, we strive to ship within five to seven business days. Delivery times may vary for orders outside the EU. While we endeavor to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partner, Blue Water Shipping A/S. In the event of significant delays or undelivered shipments, we will re-send the order at no additional cost.
Product Quality and Craftsmanship:
Each Reflections Copenhagen product is handcrafted with unique artisan techniques, making every item distinct. Any irregularities or inconsistencies are a natural part of their handcrafted beauty and charm.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it for a full refund. Please fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment, or email it to info@reflections-copenhagen.com. Returns must be sent in their original, undamaged packaging and must include the return form for refund eligibility. After inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty and Complaints:
Our products come with a commitment to quality. However, they are fragile and must be handled with care. Upon delivery, please inspect your product within 24 hours for any shipping damages. The warranty does not cover damages after unpacking or due to improper handling.
All products are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, allowing for a complaint about defects or imperfections within 24 months of purchase. This does not cover issues due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear. For complaints or issues, please contact our customer service at info@reflections-copenhagen.com. Return shipping costs for complaints are the responsibility of the customer.
Should you wish to escalate a complaint, you may contact the Center for Complaint Resolution of the Competition and Consumer Authority in Denmark.
