CARE INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CRYSTAL DECOR
CLEANING
- Gently clean your crystal using lukewarm water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners that could damage the surface.
- Rinse with clean water to remove any soap residue.
- Dry the crystal with a soft, lint-free cotton or linen cloth to avoid water spots. Polish with the provided black cloth from the gift box. Air-drying may cause streaks or watermarks.
HANDLING
- Handle the crystal with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges or fingerprints.
- Always hold larger crystal pieces from the base, not by delicate parts like stems or handles, to prevent stress on fragile areas.
Avoid Abrasives
- Never use abrasive sponges, brushes, or scouring pads, as these can scratch or damage the surface of the crystal.
Temperature Sensitivity
- Crystal is sensitive to temperature changes. Avoid exposing it to extreme hot or cold temperatures, as sudden changes can cause cracking or shattering.
- Do not pour boiling liquids into crystal containers and avoid placing them in the freezer or exposing them to direct heat (such as in a microwave or oven).
Keep Out of Reach
- Do not subject the crystal to excessive mechanical pressure. This includes avoiding sitting, leaning, or placing heavy objects on crystal surfaces, which can cause weakening and eventual breakage.
STORAGE
- Store crystal items in a safe place where they won’t knock against each other or other hard surfaces.
- If stacking or storing multiple crystal pieces, place soft padding or cloth between them to prevent scratching or chipping.
Polishing
- For additional shine, polish the crystal using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid chemical-based polishes that are not specifically formulated for crystal care.
