PAYMENT

Reflections Copenhagen ApS processes payments through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and MobilePay.

Reflections Copenhagen ApS processes payments in a wide variety of currencies.

All prices within the European Union include local VAT. Outside of the European Union neither VAT or any customs fees are included or added to checkout. Please see the CUSTOMS DUTY section below.


CUSTOMS DUTY

Orders shipped from www.reflections-copenhagen.com cannot be sent as gifts to countries outside of the EU in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Local taxes and duties may apply, for which we cannot be held liable. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the local shipping company. Please note that this could delay your order, as the shipment might be withheld by customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs.


DELIVERY

At Reflections Copenhagen, we strive towards providing our customers with fast delivery. Within the European Union we aim to ship any products purchased on the website within five to seven working days. Outside of the European Union, the delivery time is longer and varies greatly depending on location. Delivery on time requires that Scan Shipping keeps to their scheduled delivery. Should delays occur at Scan Shipping, the shipment may not be delivered by the desired date. Reflections Copenhagen is not liable for delays incurred by Scan Shipping. In case of serious delays (i.e. several weeks) or undelivered shipments, Reflections Copenhagen will re-send the order free of charge. Please note that you can always check your tracking number for delivery time.

All Reflections Copenhagen products have been individually hand produced with unique artisan techniques. All the irregularities and inconsistencies that you may find are part of its unique hand-crafted character and beauty.


RETURN POLICY

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just fill out this return form and place it in the return package along with the items you would like to return or send it through e-mail to info@reflections-copenhagen.com.

The goods have to be returned in undamaged Reflections Copenhagen packaging, in the same condition as they were originally delivered, and must be returned together with this return note (unless note is sent electronically). Goods without this return note will not be valid for a refund. When we have examined and accepted the returned goods, we will refund you your purchase amount.

We only issue refunds to the credit card/alternative payment method used for the purchase, in order to avoid illegal use of stolen cards.

Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment.

Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer.

GUARANTEE

The products are fragile, so handle with care. When the product is out of its package and it has been checked for damages then the product is beyond Reflections Copenhagen's warranty. Please check the product within 24 hours of delivery for any potential damages that might've been incurred during shipping. The products are fragile, so handle with care.

 

COMPLAINTS

All products are covered by the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding the right to complain within 24 months of the purchase. The right to complain allows the customer to complain about imperfections and defects which have occurred within 24 months of purchase of the product. The right to complain does not cover defects or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear. Complaints about imperfections and defects or undelivered orders should be directed to the Reflections Copenhagen customer service, which can be contacted at the following email: info@reflections-copenhagen.com. Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer. If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you can make a complaint to:
